| under the Malaysia My Second-Home Program |
To streamline the application process; Only Malaysian Companies vetted and licensed
by the Government of Malaysia as agent service providers are allowed to help
non-Malaysians and foreign individuals and families (with unmarried children below 21
years old) to make application process who wish to make Malaysia their 2nd Home.
This new initiative named "Malaysia My 2nd Home" Programme is part of the country's
intention to make Malaysia a destination safe haven for the region. Malaysia a safe,
modern and vibrant nation in Asia. Under this program participants can stay as short or
as long a period they wish at any time they want to- entry is assured and there is no
restriction placed.
Living in Malaysia makes a lot of sense as the cost of living in the country is low and yet
residents can enjoy all the luxuries available in any modern Western country but at a
fraction of the cost. (You can live very well for less than USD2,000 per month).For example,
a 5 star hotel room in the capital city of Kuala Lumpur costs less than USD100 per night
and a meal with wine for two an estimated USD80 only. A MacDonald's Burger costs less
than USD1.50. On accomodations, a condominium overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers
and Park(equivalent to living opposite NewYork's Central Park or London's Hyde Park) can
be had for as low as USD200,000. Clean and efficient public transportation by bus, light rail
transport or taxi in air-conditioned comfort costs almost nothing.
The roads are clean, safe and well maintained, the country's infrastructure is among the
most developed in Asia and facilities abound. Indeed Malaysia offers so much and yet so
much more affordable than in many other countries, the plusses are all there and
more.......endless advantages in making Malaysia your 2nd home today..
