Our Philosophy
Our Name Accesswerks come from the English word
"Access"(The Way) and the German word
"Werks"(Factory). We believe in "Working Hard,
Delivering Effective Solutions & Producing Success"
and satisfaction to all our clients.
Who We Are
Accesswerks was incorporated in 2000 and we are
made up of individuals and partners within a network
grouping, all dedicated professionals offering the
BEST- utilising the many years of hands-on experience
gained from over USD4 Billion worth of Malaysian and
overseas Property Projects successfully marketed and
completed over the past 11 years providing
cost-effective solutions.
We are also a Government approved and licensed
service provider for the "Malaysia My 2nd Home
(MM2H)" programme helping qualified non-Malaysians
to make a second home for an indefinite period in
Malaysia and we have helped many to do so.
