Our Name AccessWerks come from the English word
"Access"(The Way) and the German word
"Werks"(Factory). We believe in "Working Hard,

AccessWerks was incorporated in 2000 and we are
made up of individuals and partners within a network
grouping, all dedicated professionals offering the BEST
utilising the many years of hands-on experience gained
from over USD4 Billion worth of Malaysian and
overseas Property Projects successfully marketed and
completed over the past 11 years providing cost
effective solutions.
SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE MM2H Programme
We are also a Government approved and licensed
service provider for the "Malaysia My 2nd Home
(MM2H)" programme helping qualified non-Malaysians
to make a second home for an indefinite period in
Malaysia and we have helped many to do so.
